Our Work Speaks

Every project tells a story - from cozy family homes to bold commercial spaces. We've spent years building structures that don't just look good but actually work for the people inside 'em. Take a look around and see what we've been up to.

Riverdale Eco Home

Riverdale Eco Home

Passive solar design meets modern living. This family wanted to cut their energy bills without sacrificing comfort - we delivered a net-zero ready home that's honestly one of our favorites.

Junction Tech Hub

Junction Tech Hub

A startup incubator that needed flexible workspace for about 40 companies. We designed movable walls and multi-purpose areas - basically the space morphs depending on who's using it that day.

Commercial
Leslieville Laneway House

Leslieville Laneway House

Tiny lot, big dreams. We squeezed a 2-bedroom rental suite into a 650 sq ft footprint. Every inch counts when you're working with Toronto's laneway housing rules.

Residential
Queen West Heritage Revival

Queen West Heritage Revival

1890s brick warehouse turned mixed-use space. The heritage committee had a lot of opinions but we kept the original facade while making the interior actually livable for modern retail and loft apartments.

Heritage
Harbourfront Green Office

Harbourfront Green Office

LEED Platinum certified and proud of it. Green roof, rainwater harvesting, the works. The client wanted to walk the talk on sustainability - we made sure the building did too.

Commercial / Sustainable
High Park Mid-Century Refresh

High Park Mid-Century Refresh

Young couple bought their dream 1960s bungalow but it needed serious updating. We kept the mid-century bones while adding proper insulation and energy-efficient systems. Feels vintage but performs like new.

Distillery District Bistro

Distillery District Bistro

Restaurant design is tricky - you're balancing kitchen flow, dining atmosphere, and code compliance. This 80-seat spot needed to feel intimate while handling weekend crowds. Lots of natural materials and clever lighting solved it.

Commercial
Rosedale Family Addition

Rosedale Family Addition

Third kid on the way meant this family needed more space fast. We added a second story that matched the existing Tudor style so well, neighbors thought it'd always been there.

Residential
Scarborough Community Center

Scarborough Community Center

Public projects are different beasts - you're designing for everyone. This 12,000 sq ft center needed to host everything from yoga classes to town halls. Flexible design and durable materials were key. Also, the budget was tight so we got creative with locally-sourced materials.

Commercial / Sustainable
Cabbagetown Victorian Makeover

Cabbagetown Victorian Makeover

Gorgeous 1880s rowhouse that'd been chopped into apartments over the years. We restored it back to a single-family home, keeping original details like the staircase and fireplaces while sneaking in modern HVAC and plumbing.

Heritage / Residential
Etobicoke Solar Haven

Etobicoke Solar Haven

Built from scratch with sustainability at the core. Solar panels, geothermal heating, triple-glazed windows - sounds expensive but it'll pay for itself in about 15 years. The owners haven't paid a hydro bill in two years.
